Outside of the office, Deliz enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time in nature. She cherishes quality time with her family and is deeply passionate about giving back to the community through fundraising efforts and charitable involvement. For Deliz, insurance is not just a profession—it’s a way to serve others and make a positive impact.

Stacy brings over 20 years of experience in personal insurance lines, helping clients navigate risks ranging from non-standard to preferred markets. She has a genuine passion for providing practical insurance solutions.
On her days off, Stacy enjoys relaxing with her cat Buddy, hiking, jogging, and practicing target shooting with her 9mm Taurus.
Eliza Mercado
Eliza is a Texas native and a new insurance agent who brings a unique combination of education, service, and community involvement to her role. With a degree in Mathematics Education, Eliza is skilled at breaking down complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand information. Her experience includes teaching, customer service and community leadership through pageantry, where she proudly served as Miss Tyler.
